Director, Engagement

Responsibilities

• Define the engagement model for the vertical, setting standards for client adoption playbooks and change-management approaches
• Build operating rhythms including portfolio reviews, health inspections, and coaching cadences
• Coach a team of Engagement Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers to act as strategic advisors
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to accelerate client success and shape product roadmaps
• Manage C-suite relationships and act as a senior strategic advisor for high-impact accounts
• Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, or account management
• 5+ years managing client-facing teams, including other managers
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs in large organizations
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech
• Strong operational discipline and data fluency
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Experience in regulated industries like legal or compliance is a plus

• Background in consulting or large-scale organizational transformation
• Ability to learn complex domains exceptionally fast
• Experience building functions and playbooks from the ground up in early-stage environments
