Responsibilities
- Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy aligned HR strategies and programs
- Develop and implement programs that will drive positive change and impact
- Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and professional development
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding professional or personal issues impacting work
- Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs
- Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health through pulse surveys and other tools
- Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement and improve retention rates
- Conduct organizational assessments, talent gap analyses, and structure recommendations
- Facilitate off-boarding for voluntary and involuntary terminations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner
- Experience working with software, data center, and Digital Infrastructure Group populations
- Experience working with global employees
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Proven ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights
- Expertise in consultation, investigations, policy development, and coaching
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
