Director, Employee Success

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic, strategy aligned HR strategies and programs including performance management and compensation reviews
• Develop and implement programs that drive positive change and impact
• Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and professional development
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding professional or personal issues impacting work and growth
• Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs
• Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health through pulse surveys and other tools
• Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement and improve retention rates
• Conduct organizational assessments, talent gap analyses, and structure recommendations
• Facilitate off-boarding for voluntary and involuntary terminations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Employee Business Partner
• Specific experience working with software, data center, and Digital Infrastructure Group populations
• Experience working with global employees
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
• Proven ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights and impact
• Expertise in consultation, investigations, policy development, and coaching
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
