Director, Electrical Distribution Systems & Modules

Responsibilities

• Manage handshakes between Autonomous Driving, vehicle production, and E/E systems
• Report and communicate progress to VP and board members
• Oversee risk management and implement fallback solutions
• Manage division budget, recruiting, organization, and timelines
• Oversee gateway network communication, diagnostics, and BCM specification
• Manage H/W & S/W integrations and Cloud OTA upgradeability
• Coordinate functional safety and cybersecurity concepts
• Oversee power/signal distribution, grounding, and wiring harness packaging

Requirements

• Background in Automotive E/E Systems & Architecture
• Expertise in vehicle E/E systems and component packaging
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Masters or PhD degree or comparable experience
• Deep technical understanding of networking and system architecture
