Director, E/E Systems & Validation

Responsibilities

• Define vehicle functions and E/E system architecture
• Create vehicle Electrical/Electronic schematic definitions
• Manage handshakes with Autonomous Driving, production, and manufacturing divisions
• Report progress and risk management to VP and board members
• Manage division budget, recruiting, organization, and timelines
• Oversee functional specifications, energy management, and network communication
• Coordinate E/E system integration across chassis, powertrain, connectivity, and body
• Define testing parameters and coordinate component-level and vehicle-level EMC validation
• Perform short circuit and sneak circuit analysis

Requirements

• Background in Automotive E/E Systems & Architecture or related technology
• Experience in vehicle systems development and business unit management
• Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) or comparable experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and systems integration
