About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct and implement operational strategies, business processes, and systems for overall distribution
- Oversee and optimize distribution operations within SAP EWM and SAP TM
- Design and implement optimized warehouse process workflows using Industrial Engineering methodologies
- Build and maintain dynamic tools and complex data models to handle large datasets
- Perform advanced warehouse productivity analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Utilize Power BI and Advanced Excel to build dashboards and automated reporting tools
- Manage all aspects of people management and foster a culture of collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or a related field
- More than 7 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- More than 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Comprehensive experience in SAP EWM, SAP TM, and SAP S/4HANA
- Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
