Director - Digital Plan OT Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and long-term planning for a team of technical project managers
• Lead the end-to-end execution of OT data center and Energy Control Center projects from development through deployment
• Manage project financials, including budget development, variance tracking, and forecasting
• Oversee contractor and vendor management, performance reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support project managers in developing technical requirements, testing plans, and resource allocation
• Spearhead innovative technical solutions to advance the department's technical knowledge and grid modernization efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading IT and/or OT project management or operations teams
• Proven experience in data center engineering, planning, or energy control center applications (e.g., EMS, OMS, ADMS)
• Experience navigating procurement processes, including RFP development and contract requirements
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Proficiency in SAP and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within electric and/or gas utilities
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or PE
