Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performance team of Account Executives
- Coach and train reps on sales fundamentals and technical product knowledge
- Build and execute the Commercial / Digital Native playbook, including ICP and competitive positioning
- Drive logo growth and manage pipeline health and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS
- 4–5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in technical sales
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Experience exceeding quotas in the millions with logo-based models
- Strong technical credibility to engage with engineers and AI practitioners
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong command of AI tools to increase team productivity
- Experience selling AI infrastructure or to technical personas
