About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the North America (NAMER) digital media strategy, developing integrated media and campaign plans to drive awareness and revenue
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on media planning, audience strategy, and channel optimization
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment allocation across all paid digital channels
  • Drive ongoing optimization and testing across channels, audiences, and measurement methodologies
  • Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards to connect investments to business impact
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers
  • Manage relationships with key media, technology, data, and measurement partners
  • Partner with EMEA and APAC counterparts to scale best practices globally

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or demand generation
  • Significant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or advertising technology
  • Proven experience leading integrated media strategies across programmatic, paid social, and paid search
  • Deep expertise in B2B audience targeting and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, DSPs, and identity solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into executive-level insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience leveraging BI and analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Global marketing experience working across international teams
