About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the North America digital media strategy, developing integrated campaign plans to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on media planning, audience strategy, measurement, and channel optimization.
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment allocation across all paid digital channels.
- Drive continuous optimization and testing across audiences, creative, and identity solutions.
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to connect digital investments to business impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers and programmatic specialists.
- Manage relationships with key media, technology, data, and measurement partners.
- Partner with global counterparts in EMEA and APAC to scale best practices and innovation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and demand generation.
- Significant experience within B2B technology, SaaS, or advertising technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading integrated media strategies across programmatic, paid social, and paid search.
- Deep expertise in B2B audience targeting, account-based marketing (ABM), and complex buying journeys.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs and attribution frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Experience leveraging BI and analytics tools like Tableau.
- Global marketing experience working across international teams.
- Passion for identifying emerging opportunities in marketing technology and measurement.
