Director, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital marketing and eCommerce strategy aligned to enterprise growth priorities and financial targets
• Own the digital business plan, including revenue, margin, conversion, and retention performance
• Lead integrated digital marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliate, display, content, email, and lifecycle marketing
• Oversee the eCommerce experience, including site merchandising, personalization, and content effectiveness
• Partner with Product, UX, and Technology teams to prioritize the site roadmap
• Define KPI frameworks and performance dashboards for traffic, conversion, and revenue
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital marketing and eCommerce team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or growth leadership
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven success in driving digital revenue growth and conversion improvement
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and web analytics
• Experience managing significant budgets and vendor contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-channel, retail, or B2B commerce environments
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, SAP C4E, Adobe Commerce, GA4, Salesforce, or CDP tools
• Experience leading digital transformation or major re-platforming projects
