Director Digital Cybersecurity Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global cybersecurity architecture program and operating model to secure business processes.
• Design technology and process solutions to mitigate internal and external cybersecurity risks.
• Drive consistent security methods across the organization in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders regarding the design and implementation of end-to-end controls.
• Create strategic resources, including reference architectures and roadmaps, to address key risk areas.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of cybersecurity subject matter experts.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects using a risk-based approach to align with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, IT Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of IT career experience in a similar or closely related field.
• Established director-level experience leading high-performing teams and building functional departments.
• Strong understanding of risk management programs and their interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to partner with executive management and technologists to determine organizational strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
