Director - Digital & AI

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic, comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and create strategies to leverage these opportunities
• Establish frameworks for AI governance, data quality, and responsible AI use in partnership with IT and risk functions
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital products and platforms to ensure measurable ROI
• Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, including core operational improvements and transformational projects
• Research and recommend new digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement
• Partner closely with IT to define technology architecture, system integration, and platform strategy
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a digital technology or IT role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong strategic and business acumen
• Proven change leadership skills to drive organizational transformation
• Ability to travel up to 30%
