About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex compensation and HR technology capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present solutions that meet client requirements and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, advisory consultants, and product development teams to ensure sales momentum.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that connect technical features to business outcomes.
  • Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept phases.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with compensation management, HRMS, or related enterprise systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, and data flows is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary range of $130,000-$170,000 USD per year.
