Director-Development Process Transformation-Data Center

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the stage-gate development lifecycle for a global data center portfolio
• Own gate governance, decision protocols, and assurance processes
• Build and evolve portfolio-wide KPIs and performance reporting frameworks
• Define the development data model (ontology) and master data standards
• Lead systems architecture including CRM, pipeline tools, BI, and GIS
• Deliver single-source-of-truth reporting and executive insights
• Drive process assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align cross-functional teams through a Development Process Council

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in capital-intensive development (e.g., data centers, infrastructure, or energy)
• Proven experience building and running stage-gate or lifecycle governance at scale
• Strong exposure to the data center development lifecycle
• Experience implementing enterprise systems and KPI frameworks
• Demonstrated track record in process transformation, data governance, and performance analytics
