About the Company
LINK is a fast-growing Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that leverages human-centered design to support strategy, innovation, communication, change, and branding within the federal government and adjacent industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage assigned employees within the competency
- Lead performance management activities including coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Support employee engagement, retention, and career growth
- Partner with Talent and Leadership teams to shape recruiting priorities and workforce plans
- Establish and maintain competency standards, tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Monitor emerging client needs and industry trends to inform competency growth
- Partner with Project Team Leadership to support staffing decisions and project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in design strategy, service design, experience design, research, or consulting
- Demonstrated people management experience including coaching and conflict resolution
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, and systems thinking
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating both design execution and strategic decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building high-performing teams through workforce planning and learning initiatives
- Ability to advise senior leaders and translate ambiguity into actionable strategies
