About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a go-to-market strategy for the Delivery capability within the Great Lakes market
- Partner with Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Own a revenue target of $2.5M and contribute to sales pipeline growth
- Serve as a Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client pursuits and RFPs
- Contribute to delivery through billable roles as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME with a 45% utilization target
- Mentor a team of direct reports and practitioners within the Capability community
- Participate in regional hiring, staffing, and workforce planning to ensure talent availability
- Monitor revenue forecasts and manage financial growth and cost projections
Requirements
- Proven experience in a delivery consulting environment with a background in billable work
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end, complex, high-stakes delivery engagements
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills at the intersection of business and technology
- Experience owning or contributing to significant revenue targets within a consulting framework
- Confident executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs as a peer
- Breadth of experience across delivery disciplines, including program management and integrated solution delivery
- Exposure to modern technology landscapes, such as Cloud, Data, and AI initiatives
- Ability to work onsite in the Chicago metropolitan area up to 5 days a week

- Deep industry expertise in Financial Services or Healthcare
- Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed organizational environments
