Responsibilities

• Guarantee the academic and operational excellence of the Language Center, promoting a high-quality educational and service experience.
• Implement, execute, and monitor a strategic plan to drive the positioning and growth of the Language Center.
• Manage resources and operational processes efficiently to facilitate the center's expansion.
• Ensure profitable operations and orderly administration of the center.
• Establish annual goals, strategies, and action plans for academic, administrative, and service areas.
• Design and implement marketing, sales, and student retention strategies in collaboration with support teams.
• Maintain excellence in customer service across all academic and administrative touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within the educational sector.
• Proficiency in a foreign language (minimum B2 level according to CEFR).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on results and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
