Responsibilities

• Guarantee the academic and operational excellence of the Language Center, promoting a high-quality educational and service experience.
• Implement, execute, and monitor a strategic plan to contribute to the positioning and growth of the Language Center.
• Manage resources and operational processes efficiently to facilitate the center's expansion.
• Ensure profitable operations and orderly administration.
• Establish annual goals, directives, and action plans for academic, administrative, and service areas.
• Design and implement marketing, sales, and student retention strategies in collaboration with support teams.
• Maintain excellence in customer service regarding both academic and administrative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience working within the educational sector.
• Proficiency in a foreign language (minimum B2 level according to CEFR).
• Strong leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Skills in strategic knowledge, results orientation, decision-making, and effective communication.
