Responsibilities

• Consolidate the current market and grow client participation through active prospecting and business generation.
• Visit clients and prospects to identify needs and provide expert advice on financial products and services.
• Promote and close sales of institutional products while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and retain profitable clients through cross-selling and personalized service.
• Ensure client profitability remains within institutional criteria.
• Supervise the integral operation of the branch, including administrative processes, operational efficiency, and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Titulado) in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis.
• Valid and current AMIB certification.
• High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
