Responsibilities

• Manage the branch team to ensure the achievement of goals for both the branch and individual executives
• Provide direct attention and service to preferred clients
• Visit and prospect potential clients to increase the branch portfolio
• Develop and supervise commercial personnel
• Apply expertise in sales, negotiation, financial analysis, and managing difficult client situations
• Establish synergy within the work team and ensure compliance with established policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a bank
• Valid AMIB certification
