Responsibilities

• Consolidate the current market and grow client participation and loyalty.
• Visit clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify client needs and provide expert advice on GF Banorte products and services.
• Promote and close sales of institutional products while maintaining high service quality.
• Develop and retain profitable clients through cross-selling and high-quality service.
• Ensure client profitability remains within institutional criteria.
• Supervise integral branch operations, including service levels, customer satisfaction, and administrative/operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Titulado) in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge and experience in credit analysis.
• Valid AMIB certification.
• High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
