Director de Producto e Innovación

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and accelerate the execution of digital transformation initiatives and financial product evolution.
• Manage the strategic portfolio by tracking innovation projects, risks, and executive progress.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business areas.
• Provide executive support by preparing reports and presentations for C-Level stakeholders.
• Drive the continuous improvement of digital products such as credit, factoring, and payment methods.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research in the banking and fintech sectors.
• Detect process optimization opportunities using automation, generative AI, and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with Mexican regulatory frameworks (CNBV, Banxico, CONDUSEF).

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, PMO, digital transformation, or strategy.
• Proven experience working within the banking, fintech, or neobanking sectors.
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Analytics.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI and process automation tools.
