Responsibilities

• Direct the integral operation of the branch to ensure commercial, operational, and regulatory objectives are met.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of discipline, service, and follow-up.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate and business clients.
• Drive the placement of financial products, including foreign exchange (FX), financing, and investments.
• Coordinate various operational areas such as corporate banking, transactional services, and FX.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading bank branches or multidisciplinary financial teams.
• Strong commercial experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) and corporate banking.
• Demonstrated success in business development with corporate clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial products, financing, and investment solutions.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• High orientation toward results, execution, and operational discipline.
