Responsibilities

• Provide academic advisory and guidance to students during their exploration stage
• Manage and support students through planning and enrollment processes
• Offer orientation and follow-up regarding the student academic experience
• Collaborate on student attraction processes and initial follow-up activities
• Work alongside Student Success Mentors to guide students through academic exploration
• Support the administration and deployment of special projects and institutional initiatives

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business (Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Business) or a related field (indispensable)
• Doctorate degree in a related field (desirable)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven experience in academic management, student attraction, and student follow-up
• Experience in teaching/instructional roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience within the business industry
