Director de Bienestar Estudiantil

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the student wellbeing portfolio at the campus level to promote emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, occupational, and financial balance.
• Execute national wellbeing initiatives through the creation, implementation, and evaluation of formative and preventive projects.
• Recruit and lead a team of specialists and professionals in the field of student wellbeing.
• Establish strategic alliances with parents, civil society, and government entities to implement best practices.
• Improve continuous protocols for student care in high-risk cases.
• Design and execute strategies to support students with low academic performance through academic support courses and mentorship coordination.
• Manage departmental budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in psychopedagogical processes, counseling, or coaching for adolescents and young adults.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary groups.
• Proven experience in project management related to wellbeing.
• Experience in teaching or academic environments.
• Strong skills in leadership, conflict management, and project planning/follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or a related field.
