Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment for master's programs and executive education at EGADE Business School.
• Define lead generation goals across digital and physical channels, managing conversion indicators and resource allocation.
• Supervise paid digital campaign strategies across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (Search and Display).
• Direct offline attraction strategies, including the organization of open houses, information sessions, and expert panels.
• Manage sponsorship and presence at relevant sectoral and academic congresses.
• Lead market research and international benchmarking exercises to guide strategic decision-making and budget allocation.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial or marketing roles, preferably within the academic sector with international exposure.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving commercial results and managing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Marketing Cloud).
• Proficiency in digital media buying (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Strong knowledge of SEO and persuasive copywriting.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing.
• Experience leading high-performance teams.
