Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and aesthetic direction for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with creatives and clients to execute the creative vision and ensure brand identity consistency
• Manage and track creative projects to ensure compliance with client requirements
• Receive and manage briefs to ensure proper execution and follow-up
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and platforms to integrate innovative approaches
• Promote team participation in industry awards and festivals
• Ensure compliance with local and regional company processes and policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in video and motion tools: Premiere and After Effects
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools for creative workflows
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills (composition, typography, color)
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire creative teams
