Director, Data Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams through the full lifecycle of data solutions implementations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial data providers and pharma manufacturer stakeholders
• Analyze business and data requirements to create detailed project plans and functional documentation
• Oversee delivery of channel and patient data aggregation, CDW, and MDM implementations
• Partner with internal data engineering and product teams to prioritize solution enhancements
• Support pre-sales and client scoping efforts by defining implementation approaches and timelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in life sciences data management or technology implementation
• 3+ years in a project leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data flows and third-party data sources
• Hands-on experience managing CDW, MDM, and data analytics platform implementations
• Familiarity with HIPAA, BAA requirements, and patient-level data governance
• Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or PowerBI
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
