Director, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Data Science strategy and execute the roadmap for pipeline generation, sales productivity, and customer growth
• Deliver insights, models, and recommendations for marketing attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and lead scoring
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists
• Lead the design and scaling of experimentation, causal inference, and performance measurement frameworks
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure trusted data models and scalable pipelines
• Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions including churn prediction and sales recommendations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience supporting GTM functions in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Strong track record of delivering measurable impact through advanced analytics or machine learning
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
• Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python
• Experience working on modern data platforms such as Snowflake
• Experience building and scaling teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of experimentation, forecasting, and customer lifecycle analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading ML projects in GTM domains like propensity modeling and next best action
• Hands-on experience building or deploying models for lead prioritization
• Experience with data enrichment strategies and third-party data integration
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools
• Experience applying AI/ML to GTM use cases in enterprise environments
