Director, Data Management & Visualization

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end data and visualization process including collection, aggregation, QA, and processing
• Lead setup for new accounts including systems, processes, and data flow design
• Manage large-scale data migration projects and complex assignments
• Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across platforms
• Integrate outside datasets into analytics workflows
• Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity
• Engage with senior clients and internal leaders to drive adoption of data solutions
• Manage a high-functioning team of managers and analysts

Requirements

• Deep understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools
• Experience with visualization and dashboard creation (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or KNIME
• Database experience, preferably with Snowflake
• Knowledge of media platforms including CM360, DSPs, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Proven experience managing multiple team members
• Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics
• Experience driving innovation and implementing scalable data solutions at enterprise scale
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills
