Responsibilities

• Lead Go1’s Data Intelligence strategy in partnership with the CTO and cross-functional leaders
• Strengthen the trusted business spine including shared definitions, semantic layers, and data governance
• Scale self-service analytics to increase business confidence
• Turn data assets into reusable products for customer health, churn prevention, and forecasting
• Prepare the data ecosystem for AI-assisted analysis by making definitions and trust levels machine-readable
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and scientists

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or data governance leadership
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary data teams in SaaS, marketplace, or subscription environments
• Experience building trusted business metrics, semantic layers, or self-service analytics
• Ability to balance precision with pragmatism in data reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Practical operator mindset with the ability to set long-term strategy
