Director, Data Insights

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive "Data Voice" for C-suite leaders and external stakeholders, defending findings and providing strategic counsel
• Synthesize raw data science and engineering output into board-ready presentations that drive multi-million dollar decisions
• Act as a change agent to evolve the organization from data-aware to data-driven, challenging assumptions and enabling evidence-based pivots
• Navigate cross-functional conflicts by using data as an objective source of truth to build consensus
• Align the data team's technical roadmap with the highest-value business outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of data science workflows, analytics engineering, and statistical significance
• Exceptional ability to visualize data and craft compelling presentations and memos for executive audiences
• Strong business acumen with a practical understanding of revenue and profit levers
• Ability to leverage agentic tools to perform rapid analytics for high-pressure leadership discussions
