Director, CX Optimization & Experimentation

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to the CX optimization and experimentation roadmap across digital acquisition experiences
• Ideate, design, execute, and scale statistically rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments
• Create wireframes, UX concepts, prototypes, and test variants in Figma
• Analyze traveler behavior using web analytics, Amplitude, session replay tools, and heatmaps
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to apply statistical analysis and probability modeling
• Drive initiatives to increase conversion rates, reduce friction, and maximize customer lifetime value
• Establish experimentation governance, KPI frameworks, and statistical standards
• Present strategy and analytical findings to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital experimentation, CRO, behavioral analytics, or growth optimization
• At least 5 years leading a growth program or product strategy
• Deep expertise in A/B and multivariate testing and statistical significance
• Strong quantitative background in statistics, mathematics, economics, or data science
• Advanced proficiency with Amplitude, GA4, Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Mixpanel
• Strong experience using Figma for UX concepts and prototypes
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within luxury travel, premium e-commerce, or marketplaces
• Experience with platform modernization or large-scale website rebuilds
