About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA Customer Success team of Engineers and Specialists.
- Design and execute customer journey strategies to increase adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and improve satisfaction.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Renewals to ensure a seamless experience.
- Establish and govern clear KPIs across customer health, team health, and business impact.
- Deploy automation and AI-driven tools to streamline onboarding and scale proactive customer success motions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a culture of excellence and accountability within the regional team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive Customer Success leadership experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- 12+ years of proven leadership experience building high-performing teams and developing talent.
- Demonstrated track record in driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading change management, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements.
- Exceptional executive leadership and communication skills with the ability to align teams around outcomes.
