About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the Customer Success team in the UKI region, driving adoption and value realization.
  • Champion a high-profile portfolio of customers to secure continuous success, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Oversee flawless first implementations of Anaplan solutions to lay a foundation for long-term expansion.
  • Partner in securing new logos and expanding existing footprints through compelling Customer Success pitches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and key stakeholders across diverse business functions.
  • Coach, mentor, and enable a team of Customer Success Business Partners to ensure high-impact coverage.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new avenues for customer adoption and commercial expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing, large-scale teams.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional, structured problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale software projects, ideally in a cloud applications environment.
  • Background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or Software Infrastructure Support.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and robust contract negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills with the ability to remain resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to travel across the region to connect with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in similar leadership roles managing complex projects within multi-vendor enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional capability in scoping complex client engagements and navigating multi-faceted business challenges.
