About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of 6 customer marketers to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Develop and lead the Observability customer marketing strategy focusing on retention and expansion revenue.
  • Design and execute full-funnel customer programs and Tier 1 event strategies including webinars and account activation.
  • Define segmentation strategies and leverage AI and marketing automation to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to develop a community of customer advocates for analyst programs and speaking engagements.
  • Lead executive engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards and CIO roundtables.
  • Own measurement against KPIs including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI for the Expand funnel.
  • Manage global budget allocations and ensure efficient investment across customer programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience leading Customer or Lifecycle Marketing programs.
  • Proven success driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue.
  • Experience building executive engagement programs like Customer Advisory Boards or CIO roundtables.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in observability, IT infrastructure, network management, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with tools such as Gainsight, 6sense, Goldcast, Qualified, Outreach, Zapier, Clay, or Claude.
