Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a living account strategy aligned with long-term objectives
- Drive value-driven delivery to ensure customers realize material business value
- Mentor and lead a team of technical individual contributors
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes and internal politics
- Exercise decisive judgment to diagnose and resolve issues under pressure
Requirements
- Proven track record of navigating high-pressure, complex implementations
- Experience leading teams of highly technical individual contributors
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for ambiguous operational and technical challenges
- Ability to master new industries or domains at an accelerated pace
- High degree of autonomy and radical independence
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
- Ability to undergo a one-month immersion at HQ during onboarding
