About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and delivery of customer identity controls, including authentication, identity verification, and orchestration.
- Partner with Engineering, Fraud, Risk, and Architecture teams to design tiered defense patterns that balance security with customer experience.
- Contribute to a multi-quarter program roadmap for CIAM platform evolution and control maturity.
- Manage key business partnerships and oversee implementation using toolsets such as ForgeRock, Ping, Prove, and Imperva WAF.
- Establish operational excellence through monitoring, incident response readiness, and measurable reliability targets.
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidance for customer identity controls to ensure risk and compliance expectations are met.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project and operational teams to accelerate delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience leading customer identity programs and cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Expertise in cybersecurity risk management with a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Proven strength in solution design and program management across identity ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of IAM principles, best practices, and risk-based identity controls.
- Hands-on experience with tooling such as ForgeRock, Ping, Prove, or Imperva WAF.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27000 standards.
