Director, Customer Deployment & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Deployment & Delivery organization responsible for implementation, integrations, onboarding, and successful customer launches
• Ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes while preserving a trusted-partner experience
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as a strategic advisor
• Drive excellence in customer deployment outcomes from kickoff through transition to Customer Success
• Continuously improve deployment methodologies, processes, playbooks, and tools to increase scalability and time-to-value
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for deployment quality, adoption, and team productivity
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies to streamline delivery
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team development

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementation, professional services, or customer deployment organizations
• 5+ years of people leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience in the P&C insurance industry and understanding of insurance operations
• Proven success leading complex customer deployments in a B2B software environment
• Strong consultative leadership skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Experience designing and scaling operational processes or service models
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen and executive presence
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and solve complex problems
• Intellectual curiosity regarding AI and emerging technologies
