Responsibilities

  • Lead the Consumer Insights function and define the strategic roadmap across brand, growth, and experience initiatives
  • Establish research standards, frameworks, and tools to elevate insight quality and impact
  • Identify emerging global consumer, cultural, and market trends to inform business planning
  • Lead brand and growth insights initiatives, including brand tracking and marketing effectiveness
  • Oversee UX/UI research efforts to support product and digital experience improvements
  • Provide strategic oversight for New Product Development (NPD) research initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to embed consumer-centered thinking into decision-making
  • Mentor team members and foster a high-performing insights culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, UX research, or market research
  • Proven experience building and evolving insights functions in complex organizations
  • Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect consumer data to organizational growth
  • Experience influencing senior leaders through compelling storytelling and evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience in DTC, wellness, healthcare, or subscription businesses preferred
  • Experience supporting global and multi-market insights initiatives
