Director, Crypto Lending

Responsibilities

• Manage the Crypto Lending service line, including sales, contracting, operational delivery, P&L, and Risk
• Shape the product roadmap, credit/collateral frameworks, and underlying technology
• Lead the build process from pilot to general launch, coordinating with engineering, compliance, and legal
• Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and contracting for institutional partners
• Ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals and macroeconomic risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services
• 5+ years specifically focused on crypto financial services, institutional lending, or structured credit
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, digital asset lending, and prime brokerage
• Proven track record of managing a lending-related or digital asset line of business
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and bridge TradFi with decentralized infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated banking environment or federally chartered financial institution
• Hands-on experience designing automated margin-call and liquidation engines
• Experience building new financial service extensions from the ground up
