Director, Creator Acceleration

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and growth of ShopMy’s Acceleration creator segment
• Design the end-to-end strategy to move creators from first earn to habituation
• Build the roadmap, playbooks, metrics, and accountability model for acceleration
• Partner with the Account Management team to deepen activation of high-potential creators
• Build scalable 1:Many acceleration programs through Community, Education, Concierge, and Operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Events to improve the creator experience
• Scale the team and operating model

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling teams and operating models
• Ability to design end-to-end strategies for user lifecycle and habituation
• Experience managing performance against clear funnel metrics
• Ability to run multiple pilots simultaneously and move fast
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
