Director, Creative Ops and Automation

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows to identify waste and redesign for scalability
• Build integrations and automation across the platform stack to eliminate manual tasks
• Lead the creative coordinator team including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Orchestrate capacity planning and resource allocation across production pods
• Implement AI and automation to shift team focus from mechanical execution to judgment calls
• Build and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and real-time visibility dashboards

Requirements

• 5–10 years in creative operations, post-production, or high-volume project management
• Proven track record of building scalable systems in complex operational environments
• Experience in people management and leading teams
• Deep fluency with project management platforms like Monday.com or Airtable
• Hands-on experience implementing automation (scripts, API integrations, or AI/LLM workflows)
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and working with data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing remote teams
• Experience with capacity planning and utilization management in multi-team environments
