Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative, Production, Technology, and Account leaders to define and optimize processes
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely project delivery
• Evaluate and refine creative processes for efficiency, scalability, and adaptability
• Implement and adopt AI into workflows and processes
• Create and manage dashboards and data for process analysis and improvement
• Facilitate and lead the onboarding of new creatives
• Help shape and communicate team mission, vision, and values
• Develop leveling, career pathways, and management standards in collaboration with HR
• Participate in quarterly and yearly planning discussions
• Manage team financials and resource allocation to meet strategic goals

Requirements

• Significant experience in a digital, creative agency or fast-paced creative tech organization
• Background in Production, Program Management, Creative Resourcing, Creative Operations, or People Operations
• Problem-solving mentality with the ability to streamline complex processes
• Excellent communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work West Coast hours and/or be located in the SF or LA area
