Director – Corporate Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts
• Shape the group’s vision and oversee portfolio-level planning
• Execute complex, high-impact cross-functional programs across the firm
• Establish operating models, processes, and standards for business analysis and project delivery
• Partner with executive leadership (COO and CTO) to translate objectives into actionable roadmaps and OKRs
• Drive executive-level transparency through compelling analysis and weekly program reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale strategic programs in financial services or management consulting
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams
• Expert-level project and program management capabilities
• Deep understanding of markets, the trade lifecycle (EMS, OMS, PMS, trade settlement/matching), and hedge-fund operating models
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities for executive-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced data literacy and ability to drive insight to action
• Hands-on experience with OKR frameworks
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML techniques to streamline workflows
