Director, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Shape Oscar's corporate strategy in partnership with the Senior Director and executive team
• Manage day-to-day partnership strategies with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the execution of multiple simultaneous strategy projects for the executive team and board
• Develop analytical business cases, including economic modeling, scenario development, and risk evaluation
• Maintain a strong external orientation by leveraging deep healthcare industry and market knowledge
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across the organization
• Communicate established corporate strategy and drive change management as needed
• Assemble and maintain a foundation of competitive and financial intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 7+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role within a health payer
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with and influencing at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field
