Director, Corporate Planning & Budgeting

Responsibilities

• Lead the global corporate budgeting process, including managing quarterly timelines and deliverables
• Establish and disseminate corporate budget policies and guidelines across the global organization
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, spending analyses, and actionable insights to executive leadership and the board
• Set company-wide spending targets and maintain regular reporting on corporate spending indicators
• Provide financial business partnership to SG&A functions, including Legal, People, and Finance
• Advise leaders on labor expense and headcount management through forecasting and resource analysis
• Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the planning cycle
• Direct and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of finance-related experience
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven proficiency in leading complex financial planning and budgeting for large, global organizations
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to influence business strategy
• Demonstrated capability in managing structured, schedule-based processes and driving operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Finance or Business
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build consensus across organizational boundaries
• Extensive understanding of financial systems, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
