Director, Corporate FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Provide primary ownership over forward-looking financial projections and budgeting
• Partner with executive management to facilitate strategic planning and scenario modeling
• Improve systems and reporting capabilities using BPC/SAP SAC
• Support M&A integration work and transaction support for investments and financing
• Provide NPV analyses and monitor payback of internal initiatives
• Apply US GAAP and fair-value GAAP to cash flow projections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A
• Demonstrated experience providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
• 4+ years of hands-on leadership experience within finance and accounting functions
• High level of technical expertise in SAP SAC, BW, BI, and Microsoft Office
• Extensive experience with complex financial modeling
• Exceptional technical expertise with US GAAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior asset and investment management business experience
• Investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation
• 3+ years of Big 4 or public accounting experience in Transaction Services
• Programming experience with SQL or Excel Macros (VBA)
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar forecasting software
