Director, Corporate FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model and consolidated forecast end-to-end
• Lead the annual planning process from top-down targets to bottoms-up department plans
• Manage the monthly FP&A cadence, including variance analysis and business reviews
• Partner with the SVP of Finance on board materials and investor updates
• Evaluate and operationalize FP&A tooling and AI-enabled tech stacks
• Embed AI tools like Claude into daily workflows for forecasting and modeling
• Coach and develop FP&A talent using a player-coach approach

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in both high-growth VC-backed and public companies
• Deep expertise in three-statement forecasting and annual planning
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluency in modern FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Mosaic, Anaplan, or Adaptive)
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into financial workflows
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
