About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the corporate financial model and consolidated forecast end-to-end
- Lead the annual planning process from top-down targets to bottoms-up department plans
- Manage the monthly FP&A cadence, including variance analysis and business reviews
- Partner with the SVP of Finance on board materials and investor updates
- Evaluate and operationalize FP&A tooling and AI-enabled tech stacks
- Embed AI tools like Claude into daily workflows for forecasting and modeling
- Coach and develop FP&A talent using a player-coach approach
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Experience in both high-growth VC-backed and public companies
- Deep expertise in three-statement forecasting and annual planning
- Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluency in modern FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment, Mosaic, Anaplan, or Adaptive)
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into financial workflows
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
